In this project, tile from Morocco, handmade, was installed, each tile is of a different size and the challenge is to make it look as good as possible.

New niche

Customer contacted me to redo ceramic tile project.  First 2 photos show very shoddy work.  We properly installed all new tile, centering and designing new niche with stainless steel shelf.

The customer wanted a 100% waterproof backsplash with an industrial look.

Attic Renovation

This project of a complete attic renovation was made taking into account the plans provided by the owner of the home, Jason.  We had to make some changes with respect to the roof tile, raising it one foot and giving it an aspect of expanded space. Basically we removed everything, leaving just the bones of the attic.

We did all new framing, and insulated all walls within the attic. Additionally, we built the new bathroom, using stone in the shower and The Onyx Collection shower base. The open closet gave more space to the bathroom, and allows the homeowner access to get ready for the day right out of the shower!

The stair railing is my custom-design and made with three types of wood, giving it a different style and texture.
For the lighting, we installed LED lamps and a wireless sound system.  

The client chose the paint colors, matching well with the color of the bathroom stone, and integrating nicely with the laminate floor color.

To save space we installed sliding doors for the entry to the bathroom and for the library.

The result is a spacious and beautiful attic master suite.

Subway tile

9'x 5' bathroom using Schluter Kerdi Board and Schluter heated system floor. Subway tile on the walls and  12"x 18" ceramic on the floor.

Remodeling of master bathroom, shower and walls in ceramic tile.

New Generation Bathroom

In this project, the Schluter system was used on both the walls and the base of the shower. (New generation products from Schluter), Including stainless steel shelves.
In the trim of the shower it was planned to include white marble, which would give it an elegant and modern finish.

Porcelain and Glass Shower

For this project we removed the tub from the shower and built a shower base with mix and liner. For the walls we used 12" x 24" gray porcelain and for the floor 2" x 2" stone.  We built a shelf for shampoo in the center of the wall and moved the shower handle to the opposite wall of the high-pressure shower head for comfort and the customer's request.  We installed a small corner shelf for shaving legs.

Kitchen remodel

For this kitchen remodel, we built some new cabinetry and left some of the existing cabinets.  All cabinet doors were rebuilt and refinished, including the island.  The customer chose Corian for the countertop.  We custom built the walnut countertop for the coffee station.
Re-facing and refinishing existing cabinets is a good way to go on a tighter budge

In this remodeling project we used the following materials:
On top of the sub-floor; Redgard uncoupling mat to prevent breakage of tile and waterproof, vapor-proof uncoupling membrane that can be used for crack-isolation in most tile, porcelain or natural stone installations.
Corner caddy, Italian ceramic installed diagonally to create an effect of a wide space, walls and base of the shower in coconut color, accent around walls in tiramisu color and crown molding from The Onyx Collection.  For the lavatory we also used the same product in coconut color. www.onyxcollection.com
